  1. Translating brand concepts into technical jewelry silhouettes, proportions, and gemstone layouts before entering digital modeling.
    01

    Hand Sketch Designing

Every fine jewelry collection begins with hand-rendered orthographic and perspective sketches. Our design team establishes proportions, gemstone layouts, metal wall thicknesses, and mechanical tolerances on drafting parchment before committing to CAD.

  2. Precision 3D modeling with MatrixGold and Rhino, engineering stone seats, wall thicknesses, and shrinkage tolerances for manufacturing.
    02

    CAD Designing

Using MatrixGold, Rhino, and specialized parametric jewelry plugins, CAD engineers construct micron-accurate digital models. Stone seats, prong dimensions, and metal shrinkage factors are calculated precisely to ensure flawless casting and structural integrity.

  3. High-resolution photopolymer wax 3D printing and master carving, assembled into balanced tree structures for investment casting.
    03

    Waxing and Model Making

Approved CAD geometry is translated into physical models using high-resolution 3D wax printers and master wax injection molds. Skilled artisans inspect and hand-finish each pattern, assembling them onto central sprues into balanced wax trees ready for flask investment.

  4. Vacuum induction casting in controlled atmosphere, pouring certified gold alloy into heated investment flasks with thermal monitoring.
    04

    Investment Casting

Flasks undergo progressive multi-hour burnout cycles in digital kilns. Molten gold alloy is liquefied inside graphite crucibles in vacuum-pressure induction casting machines, drawing liquid metal into the mold cavities under inert argon gas to eliminate porosity.

  5. Master setters seating pavé, prong, and bezel gemstones under high-magnification stereomicroscopes with micro-bead precision.
    05

    Diamond and Stone Setting

Under high-magnification optical stereomicroscopes, master setters seat certified diamonds and precious gemstones into prongs, bezels, channels, and micro-pavé beds using pneumatic engravers and precision burnishers, ensuring uniform table heights and rock-solid stone retention.

  6. Spruing cutoff, Swiss precision hand-filing, laser seam welding, and microscopic alignment of articulated components.
    06

    Filing and Assembly

Casting gates and sprues are cut away, followed by progressive Swiss needle-file contouring and surface trueing. Articulated bracelet links, earring clasps, and pendant bails are aligned and precision-welded with pulse laser chambers to create invisible, durable structural joints.

  7. Multi-stage pre-polish, magnetic pin finishing, muslin rouge buffing, and ultrasonic degreasing for a mirror surface.
    07

    Polishing and Finishing

Finishing proceeds through magnetic stainless-steel pin tumbling, rotary hard-felt bob pre-polishing, and fine muslin buffing charged with dialux rouge compounds. Pieces then undergo heated ultrasonic degreasing and high-pressure steam cleaning to reveal a distortion-free mirror reflection.

  8. Rigorous 10x loupe inspection, digital micrometer dimensional audit, stone security pressure checks, and finish certification.
    08

    Quality Control

Every manufactured piece is inspected under 10x triplet loupes and digital optical comparators against client technical specifications. Inspectors verify prong tightness with steel probes, measure dimensional tolerances, test clasp tension, and audit gold karat purity before sign-off.

  9. Individual anti-tarnish micro-suede packaging, custom-branded presentation gift boxes, foam inserts, and barcode labeling.
    09

    Packaging

Cleanroom packaging ensures jewelry reaches retail unblemished. Each finished article is enclosed in anti-tarnish micro-suede pouches, fitted into custom-embossed brand presentation gift boxes with tailored EVA foam inserts, and tagged with scannable SKU barcodes and authenticity documentation.
